'I love how cozy and inviting the hotel was. The staff greets you immediately upon entering, they are very friendly. Being able to Lounge by the pool with adequate seating as well as many options for seating on the beach was a humongous plus. This hotel offers you privacy, Tranquility as well as feeling very intimate. The dinner options were also phenomenal.'

'I understand it's an eco-friendly hotel but finding 3 very large roaches in my bathroom our first night was shocking. The worst part was that since it was around 11pm there was no staff until the next day to get is another room. My wife did not want to sleep in that room so we had to go hunt for another hotel at midnight. Since this is a small town practically all hotels had no staff working at that time so we could not get a room anywhere and had to return to this hotel and make do. The next...

'My room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. The room overlooked the pool - I was at the center of everything. The staff was so helpful and kind, from the driver (Luis) they connected us with to the wait staff, cook, bartenders, maintenance, and a welcoming reception. The food was absolutely lovely, fresh, and the taste was amazing! We celebrated my son's 11th birthday there. I can't wait to return. My one regret was that I had zero time to enjoy the yoga classes. But I will return soon.'
