'Clean and cozy! Loved the vibe inside, plus totally walkable to the main strip, Shepler’s ferry, and any of the local restaurants. Check-in/out was remote too, no hassle or worry at any point. Price is super fair for a simple little place to stay!'

'The breakfast was very poor. Fake eggs, sausages the size of a quarter. Coffee was weak, and very small flimsy coffee cups. No elevator. The room was very clean as was bedding. The refrigerator was set way too high and froze my food and drinks that were stored. No rear access to the gazebo’s on the River. Price was cheap, so I guess that’s what you get. The staff was pleasant'

'Room was clean and had was I needed. Nothing fancy but great room for the price. Easy to see from the lake and well marked on US 23. Boat ramp was located fairly close by and the grounds were well maintained even before peak season. Stephen was helpful in pointing out the area and gave me some Long Lake fishing tips.'

'When we got to the office ar the Waters, we couldn’t find a soul in sight to get us checked in. We called multiple times, rang the ring doorbell multiple times… no response. Went to the bar across the road and they knew the owner and said he was sleeping. We went back over and sat in front of the room hoping he would greet, apologize, etc….he never even showed his face and made zero effort to honor the booking. Needless to say, we were Extremely disappointed with this booking that left us...
