'The pool!'

'Travelers should beware that Otsego Resort's front desk closes early, like 5 pm, even in the summer. I and my family were arriving late, so I called ahead, before 5 pm, to let them know of my late arrival. I had to leave a message, and no one called me back. When we arrived a little before 10 pm the doors were locked and the lights off. We had to find accomodations elsewhere. When I called the next day, the attendant at the front desk apologized profusely and promised to give me a refund. ...

'Great place to stay especially with the beach right outside our door. We were able to walk to town and didn’t need a car. Also went to Marion’s ice cream. A place we’ve gone to for the blue moon ice cream since the 1960s. Was just a walk up back then. Now it’s even better!'

'We stayed for three nights and it was lovely. Our room faced the woods, and it was quiet. Staff were kind, professional, and friendly. Room was perfect. We will stay here again!'

'Motel was in a lousy area far from the beach. Room never got cleaned. Left a day early. Even after paying for the day. Over 250.00 I won't be back.'
