'This is a very old mom and pop motel that has been updated. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Laminate flooring...no nasty carpet. The bathroom/shower is very clean but very outdated but functional. Big Bear Lodge is a motel, central to several parks, shopping and restaurants. If you want a room with coffee, fridge,microwave and air conditioning, central to parks and restaurants this would be a good motel for your next stay.'

'Newer property. Clean, bright, no germy, dust holding, carpet on the floor but have plank vinyl. Amenities like shower needs and lotion and hand wash in place. Bright colors in room. Room is small but lovely.'

'All the staff was friendly. Especially Shelly in the breakfast area! Very nice and helpful...knows the area extremely well. The room was clean and we'll stocked with supplies. Pool are and hot tub were very nice. Clean. We will always stay here! Location was perfect! Close to downtown Gaylord, easy drive to Different lakes for kayaking and parks for exploring. Right off 75.'
