'Refund Request Statement I am requesting a full refund due to the unacceptable conditions of this property. This establishment was misrepresented as a hotel, when in reality it operates as a live‑in motel. Upon arrival, the halls and common areas had strong odors of weed, cigarette smoke, and a persistent moldy smell. Inside the room, the conditions were equally unacceptable.
