'Great location, very clean, good parking, owner was very accommodating.'

'Very cozy spot to return to after hours of exploring. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the shops nearby. The easy access to interstate 5 was also a plus. Personally I found the bed and linens very soft and comfortable. Even though the top floor was being rented out, the neighbors upstairs were very quiet and we had 0 issues. Also the little patio outside was very lovely. We would return again, especially for the location and the ability to park our rental car.'

'The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that '

'Net hotel, maar geen 4 sterren waardig. Geen room service (wel een picknick service met broodjes van de Starbucks beneden). Geen badjassen. Meer een soort Novotel. Netjes maar eenvoudig. '

'Great fast WiFi. Was recently renovated, as it looked updated. Bed was too small for two occupants (smaller than queensize). Though breakfast is included, it's room is too small for the rush hours, so there was no place (and choice of items was a bit on the small side). If you are on your own, and just want a bed with a shower. A good place to stay.'

'This is the nicest hotel my family and I have stayed at in downtown Seattle. Front desk staff member Cameron was beyond friendly, professional, and overall made our check-in and check-out experience flawless. Valet parking was expensive (as it is everywhere) but convenient. We felt safe and will stay here again. '

'De lokatie is top (dichtbij Pike Market), het hotel zie er verzorgd uit en de kamers hebben een speelse indeling. Het is fijn dat er inloopdouches zijn. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het naast gelegen restaurant serveert lekkere maaltijden en ook een uitgebreid ontbijt. Parkeren kan niet op eigen terrein en zal in een publieke parkeergarage moeten plaats vinden. Vanwege het lawaai op straat nauwelijks kunnen slapen. '

'Check in was a breeze, staff was very friendly and quick to help with suggestions for transportation, including assistance with navigating public transportation. Parking is so convenient, keep in mind you do have to pay for parking. I recommend paying for parking in advance with the hotel and saving almost $10, the hotel will also coordinate your parking times as well, and adjust for check in- check out times.
