'Needed a microwave in room'

'First the positives. I had interactions with multiple members of the staff. Every single one was great. Without exception, each staff member was professional, friendly and eager to respond to anything I needed. A++ for the staff. Location is excellent and parking was easy. No hassles there. Now for the rest. I checked in to a room that had a heavy smell of perfumed products. Thinking it may have bees from a recent cleaning I left for lunch. After I returned the smell was still there....

'The room was clean; the breakfast was fresh!'

'Not what I expected. Bathroom tiles where loose, bed sheets sub par. all around disappointed and won't be staying there again'

'Pay for King didn't have it gave me a double Queen the room wasn't ready then had to put me in another room'
