'The staff went above and beyond to help me plan a special birthday stay for my wife. Even with me living out of town, they assisted with coordinating every detail, including allowing me in early to decorate the room in advance of her getting there, which made the experience truly memorable for her. This is where we are booking anytime we're in the Akron area.'

'Room was DIRTY and the sheets were dirty and stained upon inspecting when we first checked in!! We did not stay, we checked out and asked for a refund and they denied my requested . My 7 month old was with us too.'

No sofa bed/couch as stated in room choice to accommodate number of people. No receipt given for deposit nor proof of stay. Cancelled room within 10 minutes of being there. 'Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed.
