Hotels met waterpark in Noordwest El Paso

'We got a room at check in with people already in there. Had to go back to front desk to request another room. Elevator was very slow and I was unable to take my breakfast up to my room.'

'The bathroom was small and the shower felt like a pressure washer. Other than that the room was ok.'

Patches all over the walls and roof, the fire alarm was missing which created a hole in the wall. The sheets smelled bad and i had stains all over the pillow covers. Shower head did not work properly'

We specifically requested two beds, but we were given a suite with only one bed and a sofa bed that did not work properly. Additionally, there were no glasses available for serving water. The carpet had a large, discolored stain that appeared dirty and possibly uncleaned. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations, and the accommodations were disappointing. I hope management will address these issues to...
