'Small and clean apartment with a wonderful view on the port of Soller. The apartment has the Charme of the early nineties but was very clean and prepared for guests. It is important to know that the house doesn‘t have an elevator and the apartment is just below the roof. The many stairs are an uphill struggle. We can imagine that it doesn’t work for older or handicapped people. Parking is only for residents so after the first day we parked in a 500m away public parking for 10/day. A perfect...

'Wir haben die kurze Auszeit in der Nebensaison zur Mandelbaumblüte sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir benötigten und ist sehr zentral gelegen. In der Nebensaison gab es keine Probleme mit der Lautstärke von der rückseitigen Durchgangsstraße, die hinter dem Schlafzimmer verläuft. Einige Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen und Töpfe sollten erneuert werden. Ebenso der Couchtisch, der nur drei Rollen hatte und ein defekter Thekenstuhl. Das Frühstück haben wir auf dem Balkon eingenommen....

'Das Apartment hält was es verspricht. Es ist wundervoll gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist schnell, wertschätzend und verlässlich. Rückfragen werden sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Terrasse des Apartments ist perfekt zum relaxen und sogar zum Arbeiten. Insgesamt perfekt und wir hoffen dort erneut Tage verbringen zu können.'

'Great location, ok apartment, AC working, great and attentive host. The AC is centralized and you need to have it in a while before the apt cools down. Otherwise there enough accommodation and house hold appliances for cleaning clothes, ironing, and doing some simple cooking. The host was responsive on WhatsApp and helpful where they could.'
