'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely return. The room was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was extremely convenient for our family during the trip. The location was excellent and felt safe and comfortable. Oscar was incredibly attentive over the phone. The maintenance staff was consistently on site and always available. 'This is my second time staying with this property (they have multiple units) and this time I was not as pleased as last. The pull out bed had not been cleaned, cushions were dirty, and the floor had not been swept for a long time. I even found a baby bottle from a previous reservation. The carpet in the unit was dirty and had not been cleaned. Otherwise, the check in process was ok, and the rest of the unit was fine.'
