'Beautifully designed and appointed property with the most welcoming and helpful staff. The serene and attractive central pool area and the stylishly understated decor of both the rooms and the public spaces create an immediate sense of relaxation, but it was the warmth of the hospitality that combined with these elements to make such a memorable stay. 'We had a great stay at Lemon Branch! The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and a liquor store. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Having a restaurant on-site with different daily specials every day was a nice bonus. The free trolley made it so easy to get to Downtown Miami and South Beach without spending extra on transportation. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!'

'Great location but moldy smell is extremely overwhelming. Have washed my clothes 3 times since I got home and still smells like this hotel. Pool is very small and pool chairs were always occupied by peoples stuff that were most likely at the beach. Breakfast was mediocre for $30 pp, you essentially pay for the view. Room was ok, standard but no microwave. Wouldn’t stay here again.'

'This is a nice property, new, well appointed with a nice pool and gym. But whenever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I had a terrible experience with them. Three separate people communicated the day I was supposed to check in asking me when I was arriving. I told them at 9 PM. I arrived and the person supposed to be meeting me had not left his house yet, and he was a half hour away. I was supposed to let him know also but I was on the phone and did not see his text. 'We liked the privacy and the short distance to the beach.Neighborhood seemed safe to walk at night that's a plus.The negative would be lack of cleaning in the room,such as a streak of poop running down the bathroom wall by the door.The carpet was stained the lamp had stains the couch smelled like a wet dog and the air-conditioning hasn't had the filter cleaned in who knows how long.There were signs of previous flooding that I believe is why the room smelled musty.A dehumidifier would alleviate...

'Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. Het ontbijt was het slechtste wat ik ooit in ren drie sterren hotel heb aangetroffen alle dagen witbrood met kaas of salami en wat kuipjes jam, ga niet te laat want het is op. 'We were unaware that the room we got was not part of the regularly staffed Casablanca, so the room was a lot less desirable than what the pictures were showing. 1/4 roll of toilet paper, the tub needed renovated, no canopies provided by the hotel, tough to communicate with owner.
