'When booking my delux room, I had checked the room amenities and see that the room had a bath tub, this was my reason for booking. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and went the extra mile upon discovering there was no bath tub in the room. They relocated me into a beautiful room with a bath. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked an extra night.'

'Mooi verblijf! Ideaal gelegen om Auckland te bezoeken. Op loopafstnd van de winkelstraten en de gezellige haven waar allerlei leuke restaurants zitten. Parnell, het historische gedeelte ligt ook op wandelafstand. DE auto konden wij parkeren onder het hotel voor NZ 30 per dag. Prima geregeld. Personeel erg vriendelijk en de kamer was rustig gelegen met uitzicht op he binnenplein. Wij gaan zeker terug!'
