'The house location is excellent, the layout is excellent. The view is stunning. The linen was all freshly laundered which was lovely. But I think the couches, the floors and the pillows are in need of deep cleaning. There is obvious staining (not helped by the colour of the carpet) and there are marks on the pillows- including blood which need to be sorted. It didn't help that we were in the cyclone and everything felt a bit hot and wet- but still think it needed some attention in those areas....

'Just an overnight stay for us. Our children loved the duplo, tent, drafts set and the water pressure in the shower! A nice wee set up with a classic bach feel.'

'Great place. Had friends from Japan who just loved the peace and the views of the property. Seven of us housed comfortably. Very easy from booking to getting into the house and leaving instructions. Wouldn't hesitate to book again should the need arise.'

'The place is nice but wrongly advertised. In stayz it said 3 bedroom for 6 adults. But when arrived they weee only 5 bedding. 2 queen and a single. Where is the sixth person going to sleep. He had to check into a motel nearby. When contacted the owner he said, you can see the picture on advertisement, only single. Totally not satisfied with explaining the situation. Then goes quite until I checked out. Please read the before booking and get confirmation. But the place is brand new and very clean...

'We had a lovely peaceful and relaxing stay. The property was easy to find, had it's own private entrance and a beautiful garden. The property had everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean with a great the bathtub was divine.We loved the closeness to Browns Bay and Long Bay the local shopping centre. '
