'Perfect spot just off Solano Ave in Albany a few blocks past the Berkeley boarder. Super walkable to a bunch of great restaurants- American, Korean, szechuan, and more. The apartment is cute, super clean and quiet for being so close to Solano. Host is very quick to respond and was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed including an early check in. '

'The unit was quiet despite being on a busy street, very clean, had everything we needed, and was close to campus for our gathering. VERY responsive and accomodating to phone call requests. They allowed us to drop off luggage early and solved a heating problem the day we called. Plus there is a great coffee shop within walking distance'

'Super convenient location in a really (I mean seriously) quiet, safe neighborhood, but still only a short 10 minute walk to BART and Downtown Berkeley. Bright, clean accomodations with everything you'd need to make your own meals, this was an amazing home base for exploring the Bay Area -- would definitely stay here again! '

'This house was just right for our weekend stay. It was walking distance to restaurants and the university. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The only thing that was missing was a full length mirror.'

'Cute cottage in a great neighborhood, off street parking and kitchen. Lovely private back yard w/ a fire pit. I’d definitely stay here again, my only suggestion would be a bigger loveseat in living area and a chair. Very clean and tidy, host responsive and good Wi-Fi, works well for pets too. '

'Clean, cozy and tidy apartment in older Albany building. Excellent communication with owner. Very comfortable beds and tvs in all rooms. If you need to stay in Albany, this is a good spot!!'

'Overall this was a 4.5 stay. The only thing that we didn't like was that we booked for 8 people and there were only 6 towels (we had to go buy 2 more). Our stay was during an unusual hot weekend for this time of year. We would've loved some fans to cool the place down a bit... not really the houses fault! We loved the location. I thought the bed was comfortable (My wife didn't really)'

'We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Comfortable, quiet place with a very responsive host. We enjoyed the neighborhood and had some great takeout within a few minutes walk. The parking that comes with the unit might seem a little tight if you are not used to city parking, but we had no problem getting in and out. And there is a good amount of on street parking as well. If we are back in the are we would definitely stay again!'

'Never do the mistake I did. This is a very scary stinky, suffocated room and building. The picture is very deceptive and the price is not fair at all for such a dirty place you could imagine. Please pay a little attention to the rotten mouse in the building than deceiving pictures. Learned my lesson.'
