'The desk clerk, Neismus (my memory and spelling of his name is inaccurate) has been the most approachable young customer relations person we have witnessed in several years. He was welcoming, informative and knowledgeable. In his presentation, he exceled in speaking good of the hotel and the Drury Corporation. 'Brand new property, clean , staff was fiendly, parking was great. The bathroom door needs a weather strip, its a big beautiful door, but a big gap to see right in while your on the toilet, not a huge deal breaker but could be improved. Also the bartender took over 5 minutes to get to us, and no bar was not full by any means. Plus Plus the executive cheif had a chat with us at breakfast very friendly! Would stay again if had the chance.'

'Vriendelijk ontvangen. Kamer is oké. Wifi is slecht. Iedere 2 minuten opnieuw verbinden op de bovenste etage. Daarnaast een heel gedoe met het invullen en achterlaten van je gegevens om 7 dagen gebruik te kunnen maken van de wifi. Niet van deze tijd. Zorg gewoon voor een goed, gratis gebruik voor de gasten. Het ontbijt was bij opening direct heel druk. 1 toast apparaat is echt te weinig. '
