Spahotels in North Central Texas

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'Lovely hotel with lovely rooms and lovely lobby bar/restaurant with great service. Great spa and pool. Wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. And quiet. '

'Check in was smooth and fun! Monica (stafff member) was so much fun and made it one to remember thats for sure! Matthew and Jasmine (staff members) were very attentive when we needed anything. Prantham (AGM) went above and beyond to help with an issue we had during our stay and got it resolved in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly no problems! Our overall stay was AMAZING! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. '

'The concierge was a lovely lady who called me by name the next morning when I saw Her working in the gift shop. She was so friendly and it made me feel special that she remembered me! The bell men were each excellent! I will stay again at the Omni! '

'Only suggestion was to put an overhead light/lamp in the step in closet. Sems a bit dark with no artificial lighting and does not get any from windows. '
