Spahotels in North Central Texas

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'The hotel was very lovely. Would recommend highly this hotel for events held at the AA Center as it was only a five minute walk and the area was safe to walk alone even later in the evening. '
