'We stayed at Breakwater in October 2023 with two young families. The apartment is well stocked and worked well for two couples with three kids under 4. Luke was super accomodating and provided us with pack n plays and a high chair, and was also very responsive. 'We are four, 60+, Texas women (friends since the 6th grade) and we found the perfect house for our getaway-from-the-Texas-heat reunion. The house was clean and well-stocked with all the appliances and cookware you could want although we didn't really do much cooking there. We each had our own bedroom and shared the 2 baths.
