'The historical venue is awesome and the staff is amazing'

'Heating didn't work properly - could not get temperature above 60 degrees (highly uncomfortable in KC during Winter). Asked for a solution twice, but the issue was never resolved.'

'Ophelia's was a lovely place to meet up with an old friend. We enjoyed the kind and welcoming staff, who function both as hosts in the restaurant AND front desk/concierge for the Inn. Free street parking nearby was also a plus. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The bar cart was especially pretty and fun and added to the unique atmosphere. I felt fancy the whole time I was there. Food in the restaurant was delicious too.'

'Very close to restaurants, shops& hospital. We walking to& from hospital everyday and we walked to restaurants & to get ice cream. Awesome neighborhood....very friendly people. '

'This property was really cool! Extremely clean and the felt really safe given the owners attention to security features. Communication with the property owner was excellent! They even provided me with customized list of bars/restaurants that were within walking distance. I iwll most definitely stay here again!'

'I had a very comfortable stay. The place is decorated nicely, the beds are comfortable, and it’s located in a great neighborhood but still quiet. (There is construction across the street but I couldn’t really hear it. It’s also far from the bedrooms so my sleep was not impacted at all.) Additional pluses: ample parking in back and blackout curtains. '
