'The staff went above and beyond to guarantee our comfort. We had a room with an uncomfortable bed and requested a different room and that is when the staff really did shine. They were friendly, understanding and helpful. I absolutely would recommend this hotel. Somebody did a great job training the employees and it shows. I will be coming back to Knoxville on business and will certainly stay at the Comfort Inn. Thanks for making us feel special !!'

'It's right beside the buc-ee's so I felt pretty safe it's lit up nice parking is easy with the light right there to gas was super convenient even just for snacks /souvenirs atmosphere was quiet rooms where cleaned daily check in was a breeze as well as check out breakfast was a plus and convenient offering waffles muffins bagels that sort of stuff for a simple stay it was worth it.'
