'Nice historic home within walking distance (no more than 2 blocks) to brewery, coffee, and bagel shop. Safe walking neighborhood at day and night, no issues. Fully fenced in back yard is nice for privacy and wonderful if you have your furry friends with you. Will definitely look to rebook during our next visit to Knoxville. '
