'This rental is cozy. There were 4 adults in our family group. It worked well for the 4 of us. 1 bathroom made us be patient with each other, but for us this was not a problem. The house was exceptionally clean, check-in was easy. We were able to park 2 cars. If you have large vehicles this might be a problem, The kitchen was very practical and well stocked. 'We stay at a lot of Verbo properties and this was a great location close to the interstate easy access to get in and get out anywhere we needed to go in Knoxville and north. We will definitely stay here again.'

'Cute homey apartment that had everything I needed and was a quick drive or uber ride to campus to meet with my son at UTK. I plan to stay again as our son navigates the next four years. Loved having K brew and a smoothie bowl place close. I also ran and felt perfectly safe. Recommend, if you are looking for a place north of campus.'
