'Great VIP suite but no access to streaming services via my own account. Bar and cafe were poor and the food choices minimal and taste awful. Bar closes at 9pm which is ridiculous. Timeshare presentation was a hard sell and not a great experience. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and excellent bed etc '

'Room clean and spacious. The ocean front hotel and grounds were clean and nice….providing a pool, lazy river and other yard games for families to enjoy. The tiki bar and pool side entertainment was convenient and entertaining. Staff friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early and didn’t have to wait until 4 pm. The buffet breakfast provided was good and well serviced as items ran out. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly!!'
