'Excellent, clean little studio centrally located and within walking distance to the beach. This place has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The washer and dryer is the icing on the cake. The host Neno, was wonderful and answered all of our questions, and gets back to you right away.'

'We had a great stay at The 97th and would return. The house is clean and well-stocked with all necessities. Very nice, quiet neighborhood in a great location. The pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect. '

'We had a most pleasant stay at the Cozy Beach House this week. The place was immaculate with absolutely nothing overlooked, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Since we flew in from PA, we had limited space for towels, beach chairs, etc. All of that and more was happily provided. The pool was a nice surprise, too- new, clean, lit in the evenings, and warm, too! Location was great, too, being close to beaches and the Mercado. All in all a great place to stay. 'House was great. The host even had bikes and beach accessories for your use! Rooms all had window ac units.. but that’s pretty common. We stayed cool.'
