'Property was clean and location good for restaurants and beach. However property needs many simple fixes. Peeling paint in the living room, lanai furniture was rusted and dirty and made it and uncomfortable place to relax. Backyard had a very old, dirty and useless table and chairs. '

The house had a security system that made noise every time an exterior door was opened, which we weren’t used to and would have preferred to disengage, but never figured out how.
