'Loved my stay in Phoenix and this cottage was in a great neighborhood! Very cozy and comfortable cottage near the airport and many great restaurants. Great communication from the owners too! I would definitely recommend this comfy cottage for anyone visiting Phoenix!'

'We LOVED the location: great neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The living room furniture had ample space for the group to sit around as well as the patio. We had plenty of towels. Personally, the downstairs mattress had a few springs or something that made nights long, but others said the upstairs ones were good. '

'Overall, the property was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The balcony was a great place to hang out too. The only inconvenience was the building did not have AC for winter months and the in-room units provided were quite loud and we found it difficult to sleep with the units on, and too warm with them off. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very responsive and checked in with us, and the condo is close to a lot of what Scottsdale has to offer. '

'The condo was very clean. The pool was very nice and it was nice there was a ping pong table. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the location was not very close to the downtown Old Town Scottsdale where all the restaurants and shops are located.'

'The kitchen only had two bowls, no mixing bowls bowls, the sheet pans were cheap and old. The grill would not start, and was not clean. They ask you to leaveIt renter ready but only have a mop and a broom that is very small and does not sweep. On top of that they are trying to charge the insurance I bought for cracked granite behind the sink that had clearly been there for a while. Would not recommend renting with this company.
