'Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

The entire property is so clean it smelt of elegance and delight (if those terms had a smell, they have the fragrance). 'The apartment was great, plenty of space for our group (5 adults) and nicely furnished. The beds were nice, the living space was comfortable, and the shower in the one room was HUGE and quite lovely (the king bedroom bathroom was also nice, just a smaller shower). The building felt safe and secure, and while we didn't use the pool it looked lovely. The host was quick to respond when we had questions or needed something and was very kind. 'The location was ideal. Apartment layout was fine for our 17-day stay. Floors were dirty and toilets not well cleaned. We immediately saw that the bath faucet was missing a its handle (how could this be missed during cleaning?) and the kitchen lacked coffee pot and sufficient dishes and silverware. We reported this and they were provided the next day. However, on the second day the kitchen faucet gave out. We messaged every day and only got what appeared to be AI responses, but no resolution....

'This is my 4th year in a row staying when I visit Phoenix. It’s a nice historic hotel that is located near the Convention Center. They keep this place very cleaned and maintained. The staff is wonderful and they remember me when I come back. The only complaint I really have is that the pool wasn’t open. Something that would have been lovely to have on hot July days in Arizona.
