'Run by the kindest people (and friendliest cats!) in all of Salem, and could not possibly be more centrally located! You can walk everywhere from here, and you have a front row seat to any events in the square - it's literally right across the street. Parking in Salem is at a premium, and we are driving a crew cab truck to make it even worse, but Matt went WELL above and beyond to make sure we got a great spot. Do note - it's a lovely old house, but like most old houses, it does have steps, ...

'Wonderful private home with excellent hostess and full breakfast meals. Well worth the price. Owner had a fascinating history. The house had a great view of the water and was less than a block from a park and paved walkway along the water and into town. Highly recommended!'

'Great hotel, run by a nice couple. We had the pebble beach room with such great view! Romance, sunset, beaches... Stunning. Room comfort would have been a 4 or 5 if we could have showered without the necessity to bend in a strange angle, as you have to stand in the tub, under the angle of the roof...'

'The Lantana House was clean, quiet, well taken care of and centrally located as it relates to restaurants and local attractions. The ower was polite, helpful and provide us with fresh cooked breakfast breads every morning. '
