'I traveled with my three dear friends for a girls only weekend after a 10 year hiatus. We could not say more about how the fabulous location. Virtually everything we did was within walking distance. The weather cooperated, so we were able to take advantage of the great deck a few times. Our hosts were quick to respond with any of our questions. We had some trouble getting the TV to work. 'This was a nice option for a quiet short stay. The hotel is farther from the town center than is ideal for walking, but is very conveniently located for driving jaunts to Salem, Gloucester and beyond. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. (We were given an upgrade which is very appreciated!) The room was very comfortable and well-appointed.'

'We loved staying at the Salem Inn! The room was unique and beautiful and it is in a great central location (basically right across from the Witch House). The only downside was that there was no elevator and our room was on the third floor, but they do have a dumbwaiter to bring your luggage up for you. We had an excellent breakfast included as well. Would definitely stay there again. '
