'Clean rooms, spacious bathrooms air condition was clean and working amazingly. Parking lot was suitable and staff were very attentive and helpful on the phone for check in and out and well as any questions we had during our stay. We loved everything about this hotel just wish it was a pool and some outdoor activities on site. We were hopeful to try revelations but they were not open yet.'

'No maid service daily. It was an additional $25 per day if requested. This was not quoted or explained when booking, There was a $25 per day parking fee. This was never quoted or explained when booking. I will dispute this charge on my credit card that hotel charged. You had to request new towels daily, as well as toilet paper. While breakfast was OK, twice in four days we were asked to leave right after finishing eating as there were people waiting for tables.'

'We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. 'The staff was friendly and responded quickly to text messages. The location is close to the beach in Cape May. We visited Wildwood beach and also made the 35 min drive to Atlantic City during our trip. The Villa was advertised as luxury and that was a stretch. We did our own cleaning prior to settling in. There are rust stains in the freezer and refrigerator. The toilet and sink didn't look clean and we found several long straight black hairs all around the villa, as well as attached to clean...

'Could not sleep for four nights due to out of control guests. Management was contacted each night and did nothing. Kids continued to scream and parents screamed and banged doors and walls. Awful, scary experience- out of control.'

'The free parking garage is awful! Pillars everywhere which makes is very difficult to get out of a parking spot! Big AC unit sticking out of the wall took my mirror off my brand new car. Bathroom very small! Lobby had no cream for coffee.'

'I like the property location and access to beach and walkway. The staff was very nice. I didn’t like the variation in the rooms described as queen suites. I booked 2 queen suites, 1 for 1 night, the other for 2 nights. To my dismay the suite for one night was larger and cheaper and I was unable to switch the rooms. Also, the parking spaces are very tight, so beware.'
