'I really like this Hotel. Even though it was mostly contact less they were very attentive reaching out via message. The only thing I not so sure about is the $49 amenities fee since i only stay a couple night arriving late the first one I only used the bottle water they included which I appreciated. Besides that its about 4 blocks from Wrigley field & surrounded by nightlife. The bars & street can be a little noisy but not terrible & That was even if a bar crawl (mustache crawl) & kpop (Ateez)...

'One of the best price/quality options for your stay in Chicago. Great neighbourhood with lots of (rather expensive) restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. The Villa Toscana is a charming old house with nice garden and verandah. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, with no view or possibility to open windows in the bottom rooms, although the owner unscrewed one of the closed windows for us to let in a bit of fresh air.
