'Very clean facility; manager Jose was very responsive and helpful; no in-room fridge but we were allowed space in the kitchen’s large fridge to store a few items; easy walk to bus and train and to restaurants. '

Is clean. Multiple restaurants and pub nearby. The street has no sweeping schedule. So it is easy to find parking spot. I do have garage reserved but my ford F150 would not fit. So I parked on the street had no issue at all. I love this place. Thanks.'

'Second time staying at The Robey. Awesome location, clean rooms and the best staff!! When my shirt got rust on it from the iron in my room, I was immediately compensated and cost of replacement shirt provided. Just a cool, comfortable place to stay. Great music playing in the lobby too. Highly recommend. '

Adorable furnishings, clean, pet friendly, great breakfast and patio at the sister accommodation next door and well priced. Loud bars close by, but, that was as described. My dog was not bothered. 'The hotel is located in a nice and peaceful area, close to the lake and the start of the magnificent mile. The breakfast area is nice and so is the lobby. However, the hotel is a bit outdated. The hotel rooms lack standard amenities, the bathroom wasn't super clean when I entered my hotel room for the first time and needs an update. "Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Rooms were spacious and apart from some noise from the streets pretty good isolation. Breakfast was spot on. Large choice of eggs, bagels, sausage, pancakes etc. Staff at the breakfast area very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is located in a buzzing area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Only negative I have to mention is that the first 3 days rooms were not cleaned automatically and we did not receive new/fresh towels. We had to go to front desk and ask for this. For the rest would definitely recommend this hotel."
