'Mooi, niet al te groot hotel in Chicago met veel restaurants etc in de buurt. Kamers waren aan de kleine kant maar netjes. Bedden waren wel te zacht. Bad om in te douchen is ook niet meer van deze tijd. Weinig ruimte om je spullen en handdoeken op te hangen in badkamer. Verder ontbijt in Somerset was prima a la carte. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk. '

'This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to Lincoln Park and many restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful, although 2 of the 3 elevators did not work for most of our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit outdated. The hotel is going through a renovation. Good restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar is great. I would stay here again.'

'Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...

'My group and I arrived a few hours past check in time and the code they sent us did not work. I had messaged and with no response I had to call. They looked into it and gave us a call five minutes later with a different code that did work. The garage seemed very safe so that was a plus. There was construction going on and we had to duck under a 2x4 blocking the door. I understand this is a shared space but there was an unpleasant smell and most areas were visibly dirty.
