'Clean room and bath rooms'

'The TV didn’t work, there was a closet with no rack, just an empty closet, no hand soap only a small bottle of shampoo, no hair dryer. The bed was fine but there were burn holes in the blanket which was just a sheet and a duvet COVER, no actual comforter. This was insanely disappointing for what I paid. Absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy'

'Staff were friendly and welcoming! The room was larger than expected and stocked with drinks, snack, and a menu with pricing. Everything was clean and toiletries were stocked. Very kitsch and fun decor in the rooms and common spaces. Convenient parking options nearby.'

'I just booked a room for a place to rest my head, because I had to be at a conference the next morning. I honestly thought it was overpriced, but it was the cheapest place I came across. The check in process took a while to get my key. The Inn policy was NO SMOKING and fees would be charged if you smoked in the room, they even charged me another $100 for a deposit, to make sure we didn't smoke. To get some sleep it was alright, I I wouldn't book a room to stay in for a week.'

It was primarily baked goods that were dry and almost seemed like day olds. An egg frittata was served twice which was a great addition but it was flat like a pancake and cold. 'Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...

'Mooi, niet al te groot hotel in Chicago met veel restaurants etc in de buurt. Kamers waren aan de kleine kant maar netjes. Bedden waren wel te zacht. Bad om in te douchen is ook niet meer van deze tijd. Weinig ruimte om je spullen en handdoeken op te hangen in badkamer. Verder ontbijt in Somerset was prima a la carte. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk. '
