'Lovely cottage, in a truely wonderful location. This home is rather arty and unique. Tastefully restored with love by the owner. It is small but plenty big enough for one mum and a lanky son. We thought it could have been a little cleaner; crumbs under cushions, sticky balcony, but as my son said "not bad enough to complain about". The kitchen has everything you need - I took my cook pot so didn't use it much. There is a shop in the village for basics and a Co-op 10 minutes away in Blanaeu...

'I stayed at this property for one week in mid-October 2024 and was fully satisfied with my stay. I was first struck on entering by its cleanliness - the condition was immaculate. The house is well laid out and the kitchen has all you need to settle in and take care of all your culinary needs. The bedroom I used was spacious and the bed was very very comfortable. 'Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room.
