'This is a no frills studio apartment that is in an excellent walkable location. Located just steps away from the Reading Market, you have access to a large amount of food options. The property actually sits in China Town and there again allows access to many food options. The unit itself has the amenities you need with fridge, stove, microwave and utensils. It is clean and the bed is comfortable. We had some issues with noisy neighbors the first night, but the host rectified that...

'Ad was very misleading for "Airport Lodge". It was nothing but a basement apartment in a back alley. We never received any information on this reservation pertaining to the access code. We spent a good half an hour in front of the property trying to contact Expedia and the owner. We followed directions and walked to the back of the house for access. We are senior citizens and there was no way we could have treked our baggage that distance. We had to find a place more accessible for us and asked...

'This place was great for me and my son to stay. It is close to historic downtown and convenient to all we wanted to do. The host was incredibly responsive for which we were grateful. I think it was a great value for the price. Being the first renter, there are a few items of improvement but nothing that frustrated our stay. The apartment building isn't the cleanest but we felt safe. I would stay there again.'

'This was the worst experience I have ever had with a host. The listing omitted important information, and when serious issues arose, the host completely failed to provide any assistance or solution. First of all, the property is located in a very unsafe area. The rear side of the property was especially concerning and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. This was not accurately represented in the listing. Before my arrival, the host contacted me to ask what time I would be checking...

'Perfect location close to Kimmel Center and other downtown attractions. The apartment is clean and the photos are accurate. Nice bathroom, including a multi-nozzle shower. Easy check-in and responsive host! Felt very safe. There is a tight spiral staircase to get to this 3rd floor apartment, so just know that. Good WiFi and tv. Kitchen is not stocked other than coffee and dishes are minimal. Host provided a link to affordable parking (26/day that included In/Out privileges), a big plus.'

'This one bedroom was perfect for 2 nights at The Mann. Less than 2 miles, very convenient. The place was very thoughtfully decorated and definitly gave a homey vibe. Went above and beyond with extra amenities. The little outdoor area was so cute! To add that it’s street parking so you may need to park a block away, but such is life. Thank you again'

'The bed listed was 3, but in reality it was not like that.. the third bed we have to set by ourself. Bed sheets and pillows were not at all clean, we couldn’t even use their bed sheet because of the bad smell. Parking is another issue with this property, if you are really looking for a parking facility along with stay, this is not the place. Only one good thing was the communication with host, it was excellent. The stay was not worth for money.'

'Great location, easy walk or quick car ride to restaurants, bars and the Delaware River for amazing views. Easy parking out front (just have to move every 2 hours during the week so you don't get a ticket). Apartment was very clean. Beware the steps to it, very steep! Only thing we'd recommend is a full length mirror in one of the rooms.'
