'The apartment was easy to locate, the off-street parking was spacious, and the host responded to questions quickly.'

'Beautiful space and excellent hosts! Super close to State Street/downtown Kennett Square. Home was exactly as listed- we especially loved the gorgeous kitchen!'

'Hello I had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is that there was a distinct odor at this location (maybe from a previous stay) other than that I had a great experience. Thank you for your communication also! '

'This property fit our needs just right we needed a place to stay close to our all day activities we had planned and was looking for a reasonable property in the heart of everything. It was very clean inside and the setup is very comfortable, perfect for relaxing like we needed in the evenings and night. The decor and the furnature/beds were very nice. The outdoor space made this property tho! The backyard was big for this style of property and the corner lot adds privacy. The gazebo was...

'My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great privacy, lovely decor, and comfortable bed. A full use kitchen was great to have. Cheech (the pig!!) was so friendly and the host even dropped off carrots for us to feed him. The host responded to every question in a timely manner and check in and check out were painless.'

'It was within walking distance to the Lansdowne Theatre where we attended a concert! Property was clean and comfortable! We also appreciated parking on site!'

'Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good.'

'Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.'

'Room was amazing, very clean & modern luxury feel.'

'Clean and comfortable!'

'Place was very clean and newly renovated. We had 4 adults and a teenager and were very comfortable. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. We walked home from the Eagles game and there’s food nearby as well. Would definitely stay again.'

'Unfortunately the rain made it impossible to enjoy the patio which was lovely!'

'We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable.'

'Worked well for our short stay in Philly! Very clean!'

'The property is in a nice area, Fitler Square. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and close to everything. The unit I stayed in was nice and clean, however, the bathroom floor by the shower seems like it may cave in at some point. I stayed in the unit near the entrance and it was annoying hearing everyone come and go but I dealt with it as my stay was only one night. The inside of and outside of the building need serious cleaning and work. The hallway was old and dusty and from the outside the...

'Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area.'
