'Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round'

'The property was so nice and quiet and comfortable.And the host was very accommodating and supportive. It was very clean And comfortable, very modern. The only suggestion that I would make is a stronger shower nozzle a TV in the bedroom, And bigger couch for the living room. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.I am very much appreciative.'

'The exterior was absolutely neglected and felt unsafe to stay in that side of town. I was denied a refund. And had to get another hotel. The pictures online are deceiving. '

'Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...

'Room was great. But inviting animals to stay and nobody picking up poop really leaves backyard unusable.'

'The hosts were very communicative and helpful. This was a perfect space for 3 friends. It’s a beautiful open space. The location is good walking distance to restaurants and music venues. Everything was spotless. The kitchen space was well appointed. We would definitely stay here again. '

'Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....

'Complicated check in . Over 15 bags of trash on the porch that stayed there my entire stay. FILTHY BEDDING . FILTHY CURTAINS. NEVER AGAIN . And there was a room in the building full of teenage kids “hanging out” '
