'The property was clean and spacious, in a quiet area yet just around the corner from local shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. You could walk to the Italian gardens and seafront easily within 10 minutes, and also accross the blue bridge into town in a similar time. The parking was great, with the scratch card 2 day parking cards very easy to do.'

'Easy checkin, Then it all went wrong..coffee mug with lipstick on it in cupboard..carpets need a clean..dirty mouldy bedding..broken slats on both beds..dirty windows, covered in cobwebs and dead insects..incomplete first aid kit..no parking permit..no hand soap..no lock on toilet door.'
