'The stay was great. Flat was in a great location and was great for the time in Harrogate. The only things to note were the door handle on the outside door was a bit difficult and the living room furniture was a bit hard.'

'Had a terrible experience here. We arrived to the property to find it hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests stayed (e.g. dirty bedding, towels, kitchen, bins, dirty toilet, floors etc.). Getting hold of the host was a recurring challenge. They eventually agreed to get the property cleaned the next morning, then did respond at all the next day and the property was never cleaned. 'Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space.'
