'I stayed at Superior Living for 4 nights in April 2024. Overall, this property offers great value for the money. Pros: 1. Convenient location for CSU and downtown. I was able to get around on foot, or using shared bicycles, but it can get isolated if you don't like to walk a fair amount (or have a rental car). 2. Lots of space, including a nice kitchen. 3. Bright and airy room with high ceilings. Areas for improvement 1. I had some difficulty getting into the property, as clear instructions...

'The owners have thought of everything to make our stay quite comfortable and enjoyable. As a rental owner myself, the extra touches really hit home for me. 'It was one of the cleanest places we've been in a long time. I was suprised how much space was in the rooms, which made it more comfortable. We had three people in our room and didn't feel crowded, even though we set up a camping cot so we didn't have to share beds. The staff were also friendly and accepting to us and other people we saw in challenging situations. The shower ws big enough to turn around comfortably! (I have 22" shoulders and have often had trouble turning around in hotel...
