'Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und es ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen wenn man den Hafen mit den Fähren erkunden will.Allerdings gibt es eine Baustelle im Haus mit entsprechender Lärmbelästigung im Nachbarapartment und eine undichte Stelle im Dach die provisorisch repariert wurde.Das wäre weniger störend gewesen wenn man uns vorher darüber informiert hätte.Auch die Sauberkeit in der Küche, der Tagesdecke und des Sofas lassen zu wünschen übrig.Eine Grundreinigung wäre dringend zu empfehlen....

' We stayed for one week in this flat in March, 2026. We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely rental. The location was perfect for accessing all that Manly has to offer, with shops and restaurants just steps away. We ate most of our meals "at home" so we appreciated very much having a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious balcony was a real plus, and we had breakfast outdoors every morning.
