'Checking in and out is very problematic. We arrived at 4PM but the reception was closed. Checking in at the restaurant next door lasted 30’ as the only one who new how that worked was also the only one with a gaming license and was not available!! Checking out was even worse: we left at 9.30 AM and the reception was closed AGAIN!! The restaurant opens at 11AM so there was nobody present and check out is before 10AM. Ridiculous. The food in the restaurant is good ad are the employees working...

'De Service is prima , goed uitgeruste keuken , heerlijke bedden. . De eerste indeuk als je de deur open doet is schrikken ; enorm smerige vloerbedekking , een tot op de draad versleten bank en stoelen met verdraaide poten . Jammer want verder is het er prima '

'It was stark & basic accommodation with second hand furniture. The bed was squeaky. There was no tea towel to dry the very few items of crockery so used the apron instead. The thing it has going for it is the location, close to amenities, city etc. There is room for a wardrobe and full length mirror as well as hooks on the wall which it needs. Not worth the price charged. '

'Comfortable and spacious house with great beds and plenty of room for our group of seven. The electric frying pan was very handy. The place covers the basics, but a few extra supplies (paper towel, rubbish bags, cleaning items) and larger cookware would make it more practical for bigger groups. It would also be helpful to note in the listing that there’s no BBQ. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay'

'The location was good with access out of to to Hobart easy and quick. The host went out of his way to be helpful and went above and beyond.'

'House is very classic and cut with brick and arches. Host was easy to communicate with. Nothine overly exciting or bsd to say. Jusy a easu quick stop on a late arrival to Tasmania.'

'Beautiful place to stay, check in and out was simple. I would recommend to family and friends and will hopefully return on my visits to Hobart.'
