It is actually bigger than what might be initially perceived when you consider the foyer as a place to store things (eg luggage), the balcony with a grill and the community propery sitting areas. And despite it being a small place it is nicely decorated. If you don't require gathering space within the unit it is perfect for sleeping, preparing simple meals and as a home base for the area...
