'The room was clean, staff very nice and welcoming.'

'I really liked the location and the way it looked inside and out - even the travelers were friendly and the staff especially. We missed breakfast both days due to much needed sleep, so we can’t account for that. Parking was a challenge because of storms and trying to decide where. I loved our location on the 3rd floor facing the pool. Some realistic notes for us; there were torn cushions in our room, a window leak with clear developing mold, not scary. We could have used some fresh coffee pods...

'The location and staff were great. The room was very quiet at night. The furniture in the common area needs to be replaced due the stains. The bed in my room was ready for replacement, I could feel the springs/coils. The bed pillows were too soft, but plentiful. I liked the style of the room, and recommend you replace the current blinds(which are very effective) with blinds that can operate from both the top and bottom.'

'the hotel was very nice and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. it is a shame that the visit had to be let down by some basic problems. i have never seen hotel with such low water pressure. i do not know if this was a problem with the hotel or the local water system. there was hardly enough water pressure to adequately wash my hands. on top of that, they provide no small bars of soap. just some liquid soap mounted awkwardly too high on the wall to use easily. maybe they need to install...

'The bathroom floor was a little dirty, the toilet didn’t flush properly. The pool also looked dirty. I would have liked potatoes served at breakfast in addition to the biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and sausage'

'Breakfast was good a few choices. Staff was friendly, comfy beds, quiet. The reason for 3 stars I got down graded a my room. I reserved a junior king suite got a regular king room. No discount, or anything to make it better. Will not stay here again'

Daughter said she experienced the same issue when she stayed there a couple months ago. Besides irritating, this is probably a safety issue because my guess is that the alarm is not working properly. No excuse for not being corrected almost immediately. Lighr under cupboards by coffee maker not working. In general, hotel is looking aged and not...

'Staff was extremely polite and healthful despite not having any water fountains or water coolers available on the premises hence the four-star review everything else was okay. It also sucked that they didn't have in-room hot tubs like they promoted online'
