'I was in town for a family reunion. I wanted a place to accommodate me, my sister, her son, and my daughter, both adults. The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. The house worked out great. We even had some family back to the house after the reunion. Patrick was availableand responded immediately as we communicated'

'Only one issue: dissatisfied at the way the host addressed a beeping carbon monoxide alarm. The unit was beeping right when we arrived at the house at 4pm. Contacted the host right away and was told someone would come by. Left the house and came back around 9:30pm to a still beeping alarm. Message host and was told they would follow up. We could not sleep due to the sound so had to go buy batteries and replace the unit. Thankfully, it was a battery issue. But it could have been an actual carbon...
