'Parking was easy and the apartment is beautiful '

'I liked the layout'

'We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

'Excellent location - it's the best of both worlds as the street is very quiet and relaxing and yet you are also steps away from all the fun of Depot Town. We walked to several restaurants, coffee shops and the Ypsilanti Food Coop, which is such a sweet, independently run grocery store with a delicous bakery and home cooked meals and soups on offer every day.The apartment itself was compact, very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or two people. 'The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was perfectly located - within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and Michigan Stadium.'

'Good host, clean property, great location. Thanks!'

'Things broke and banged up….needs so work. Wouldn’t stay there or recommend.'

'this was a sunny, updated, and well disigned house. We would definately rent from them again.'

'Great location! Clean, spacious. Comfy beds'

'Super cute place. Exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the host was very friendly. My only complaint was that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and there were only stairs. (The listing may have said this… I don’t remember) Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue for me, but I am currently 7 months pregnant and had a large suitcase. Definitely got my exercise! The only other thing I would note was that I wasn’t able to find the thermostat anywhere. It got a bit warm at night (again -...

'The room was just as advertised. Perfect location for full center campus access. Had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again.'
