'Room was clean I just didn’t like there was no fridge. Breakfast was excellent hotel was lovely and friendly staff. I didn’t like I had to pay an extra $100 to secure the room when I paid in full on the site. Been a week and still waiting on deposit back.'

'The hotel looks great and cozy, with comfortable “living room” settings in lobby and each floor’s elevator lobby. The rooms are okay, but nothing more than that. Beds are not too comfortable for heavier persons (90kg plus) as they are too soft. The 5th floor hallway smells strange, like mould, and room 517 smelled the same. After sleeping one night there, we couldnt stand the smell any longer and asked for another room, which was provided promptly. The next room 525 also had a peculiar smell but...
