'Air conditioner was broken for 3 days, and a large fan was left in the room to try to dry up a spill. Had the AC been working 4 stars. Very convenient to the airport and Kansas City area. Good barbecue place next-door.'

'Adequate hotel stay. Nothing terrible and nothing great. There was a stuffy, musty smell in the room. The sheets and shower curtain had a strange stiffness. The towels were very thing. The hotel was loud until 11pm . After that point, I slept soundly.'

'front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean for most part but smelled funny, the bed was awful, not comfortable, experience was ok but will stay elsewhere from now on, I chose Drury because they have always been the best, but they have really went downhill these past several years, I will pay $10-50 more per night to stay somewhere newer and nicer from now on.'

'Got this hotel last minute for the World Cup. The staff was more than amazing. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but there was guy working during midnight, he picked us up from the airport and checked us in super quick, couldn’t asked for a better experience. Room was comfortable and spacious.'
