'In town for a concert - great walking distance to the T Mobile Center - super cute little dive bar around the corner. Not super impressed with the bartender at the hotel - we sat there for over 30 minutes and she waited on everyone but us. hotel was clean and rest of staff was super friendly'

'Heating didn't work properly - could not get temperature above 60 degrees (highly uncomfortable in KC during Winter). Asked for a solution twice, but the issue was never resolved.'

We stayed on the First Floor and were woken up quite a bit by the neighbors door being knocked on very early and then something going on, on the second floor above so, lots of Moviing around and banging sounds. I feel like that was more about our location then the overall hotel.'

'The property is centrally located in the Westport area with several eating and shopping options within walking distance. It was quiet, well-decorated, and clean. There had been a water leak that kept the bar area closed, that those things happen. '
