'The facility was beautiful, the Beds and room was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Jay who lead the paranormal tour was very knowledgeable and funny. Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. '

'Lovely, renovated older home. Decorated to the nines. Welcome champagne was great. Only downgrade: smallest toilet (room?) ever. Wonderful area to walk around and view homes, and very close to the art museums and the Plaza. Will stay again.'

'Overall a great hotel nestled within a beautiful and quiet area. There is a fantastic park within walking distance and plenty of food options nearby. The room was spacious. Our shower head may have been broken and only had two sprayer settings, but everything else was very nice. Overall the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The tv allowed for casting which was a nice touch. Onsite coffee/dining options were fantastic!'
