'They did ask for a $20 cash deposit that isn’t mentioned here. But they allowed me to check in early and the room was extremely clean and had new furniture and carpet.'

'Love this hotel, modern and VERY clean. The area is also very nice—Capital Grille is a10 second walk (they share the same parking lot) from the Lively. My wife and I stayed in the Studio Suite and beyond spacious, huge living area with a mini fridge. The restaurant is very nice as well and has a bar as well The only minor downside is it’s about 35 minutes away from OU, but still plan on staying there on our next visit. Highly Recommend! '

'The staff at check-in was excellent and gave us a great dinner recommendation. The room was more spacious than I anticipated and I had room to get work done before we had our event the next day. Hotel did not come with a breakfast, but had a cafe/bar. We got coffee before we headed out. There was just one employee both working the counter, making drinks and cooking the food. She was super busy, but still had a great attitude.'

'My key stopped working on my second day there & the housekeeper was very attentive & called the manager who was present within minutes & provided new keys!'
