'Apparently, the policy is to clean the room and replenish towels, coffee, etc. every other day, which is okay. We requested additional towels which were provided. However, both trash cans were overflowing by day 2. Need larger trash cans with service every other day.'

'It was awful. No breakfast like it said, damaged wall, one light shade was missing, the AC didn't work, and worst of all, the room smelled like weed - like it had just been smoked in. It was completely unbearable. Worst room I've ever been in.'

'Very nice place and very clean. Safe area. I booked this place for my son and his new wife on their wedding night. Of course it was a late check in due to the wedding, but the front desk said there were not anymore king size bed rooms and they would have to stay in double queen room. When we reserved the room we reserved a king size bed room. So, not sure if this an expedia issue or the hotel not accommodating issue. Mind you they were still in their wedding clothes, so it was obvious.'

'The property considering what you get for what you pay for was actually pretty good. I had one night for $51 and the room was basically clean the bed was decent and all the basic amenities you expect from a hotel room were there.Was it an older building Yes was it shabby yes but the clerk at the desk when I checked in it was very sweet and the bed was decently comfortable. Location is entral and near Integris hospital. I miss breakfast because I overslept. For that price I would stay there...

'Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay.'

'I booked through expedia for a room that said it could sleep 6 people with a king bed and a pull out couch (we have 4 little kids). When we got there, they said they dont have any rooms that sleep six people, and we had to get a roll away bed. It worked out okay, since our kids are small, but definitely not what we were expecting. The room was clean and i liked that it had vinyl floor and not carpet. The breakfast was so-so, same thing every single morning. Staff was friendly. '
