'Great little place to stay. Clean and well maintained room. One of the few places that has parking. Only thing is if there are loud noises outside you will hear it. So be mindful at night.'

'Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

'Prima kamer als je er alleen komt om te slapen/douche. Wij verbleven hier twee nachten om Seattle te ontdekken. Binnen 15 minuten sta je met de bus vanaf het hotel in de binnenstad. Vriendelijke vrouw bij de receptie. Kamers zijn wel wat verouderd. Onze kamer stonk erg naar oude rooklucht.'

'Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place. Also it was close to many great restaurants for dining and also enjoying...

'Property is not bad, room house keeping could be improved as service is every third day. Upon arrival at property found tap in bathroom is loose and doesn’t drain well. It was fixed though upon request. Towels were picked up regular however the tub was not cleaned regularly along with floor in bathroom. Breakfast is provided however could use some improvement.'
