'the unit was very clean and the pictures of the unit were accurate. What took us by surprise was the steep spiraled stairs to the 3rd floor. The neighborhood seemed good, we were safe. However because it was July 3rd, the neighbors were putting off fireworks and firecrackers well past midnight so sleep was impossible. I can’t blame that on the host though. LOL. LOVED the sheets and blanket. Very comfortable'

'Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance...

'Would not return .Sorry.'

'This property was right where we needed it to be, in an area where there aren’t very many options. '

'This delightful, spacious basement has been decorated and appointed with care. The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a private, cozy place to stay, in a nice residential neighborhood, look no further.'

'The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

'Cool space- liked the layout!'

'Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t...

'everything it says it was.'

'This rental is truly exceptional! If I could, I’d give it a ten star rating. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with many unexpected and thoughtful touches. Our host Delphine was lovely - easily accessible and welcoming. We will definitely return here when we are in the area!'
