'Brand new, state-of-the art temperature control system; spacious, private little cottage. Large kitchen area with dining room, pleasant tv room; located minutes from the village of Huntington. Large bathroom located on ground floor, bedrooms upstairs. A chill host, who did not get angry at me for locking myself out, very kind. Felt very welcome there, no fuss, easy-peasy. I would gladly rent that property again.'

'This is a great property (stream nearby, outdoor seating, few neighbors). The house is adequately spacious, whimsical, and unique with a rustic barn feel. Our family of 5 slept well and felt relaxed during our summer visit. It was nice to have a full kitchen, all that natural light and it was quiet.The light switches were a bit hard to find at times. The location was easy to get to from highway, the inside of the place was spotless, updated and cozy and property owner Susana was highly responsive to any questions we had. The location was ideal for walks both on the beach and on walking paths. We will definitely stay again in the future. '

'Check in couldn’t be easier! As soon as you walk in this home you will instantly feel at home! The quaint decor and attention to details are special and welcoming. The kitchen has a cute little stocked coffee bar and hand labeled canisters with tea and hot chocolate! Bed is super comfy and there are window units for hot nights. Bathroom has the essentials including hair products and shower gel. The large backyard is quiet and I enjoyed sitting out and listening to the birds in this quiet...

'This was the second time I stayed at this property and really do love it. It is close enough to my family in Ridgefield for me to fee like I am just around the corner, while being in a quiet, peaceful private property. The setup was perfect for myself and my mom, but could also accommodate a larger group. It isn’t a big space, but had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be looking to stay here again on another visit. Thank you!'

'We had a wonderful Christmas getaway with family at the “Ice Cream Cottage”. It is much more spacious than it looks on the outside.It was clean and had everything we needed. Host was attentive to any questions we had.The fenced in yard was great for our “fur baby” to run around.'

'Surrounding area so quiet and walkable neighborhood. A great bagel place a mile away!! Host was always responsive. No issues at all with the property, all kitchen, bath and bedding needs. Good internet that I could work with TV in bedroom and living room. Great stay!'
