'room was still dirty, found multiple centipedes in the bathroom and the continental breakfast is nonexistent. there’s a paper at the front desk saying no breakfast even though it’s in the booking description and a rude worker as well.'

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

I believe this information should have been prominently communicated to guests before they completed their reservation, as the ongoing construction substantially affected the overall guest experience.
