'As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. But the separation of space was ideal...

'We had a very nice 4 night stay in the condo. This is a nice condo for 2 people, and you can tell the owner has made a number of upgrades to the flooring, the kitchen and the bathroom. The bed was very comfy. I think a fresh coat of paint on a few walls and updated closet doors and this place is perfect. I loved the view from the balcony during the day, but especially at night. The balcony is small, so I think a narrow bench on the balcony would be nice. The location is nice, easy to get to....

'Spring Break 2024. This condo was PERFECT for a family of four (parents + 2 teens). The location is close to everything in the downtown Waikki area. The lagoon is an easy walk. Nearby is a McDonalds and Hi Brew Coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The teenage girls LOVED the bed in the living area and said it was very comfortable. It was very quiet in the evening and a safe location with gated parking. The room overlooks the marina with amazing views of the ocean using the telescope from the bedroom...

'We loved our stay!!! I am surprised it was as reasonably priced as it was. The condo was comfortable and well decorated. Being clean is a big deal to me and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a few spices and oil! We appreciated the beach gear. The property management company gave better directions than any other vacation home I have ever stayed at. The one little issue (a broken remote control) we had they responded to right away and fixed in a reasonable amount...

'Our stay was delightful. Turtle bay for swimming plus the pool by the condo. The unit was cared for and fully equipped. Ground floor unit in a very quiet building with assigned parking. Beverly was very nice and helpful. Would definitely consider a return to this unit.'

'Rooms were nice and roomy for our large group. Sofa bed, is well , a sofa bed, fine for smaller guests. Kitchen didn't have measuring spoons or cups. Knifes were dull. Lobby and hallways are kept clean. Rooms where very clean upon arrival. Close walk to beach, parks, restaurants, shopping. Rooms we booked had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. We would always check before showering if anyone else needed the bathroom first. '
